美國ITC發布對位置共享系統、相關軟件及其組件和下游產品的337部分終裁

　　2023年6月27日，美國國際貿易委員會(ITC)公告稱，共享系統、相關軟件及其組件及下游產品應在特定位置發布(Certain Location-Sharing Systems, Related Software, Components Thereof, and Products Containing Same，調查編碼：337-TA-1347)作出337部分終裁:2023年6月2日對本案行政法官作出初裁(No.19)不復審，即基于和解終止日本Kyocera Corporation, Japan的調查。

　　2023年6月7日，美國國際貿易委員會(ITC)公告稱，共享系統、相關軟件及其組件及下游產品應在特定位置發布(Certain Location-Sharing Systems, Related Software, Components Thereof, and Products Containing Same，調查編碼：337-TA-1347)作出337部分終裁:2023年5月17日對本案行政法官作出初裁(No.16)不予復審，即基于申請人撤回，終止對美國注冊專利號8、213、970的第二次上訴，對美國注冊專利號9、445，251第1-2、7-8、23、25、29-30、對美國注冊專利號9、467、8383第5-8的35項申訴調查、10、16、19、38、40、55-56、61-64、68、71-72、80、對美國注冊專利號9、749、8291的84項申訴調查、34、對美國注冊專利號9的41項申訴調查，調查820、123第14項上訴。

　　2022年12月22日，美國國際貿易委員會(ITC)特定位置共享系統、相關軟件及其組件及下游產品的投票決定(Certain Location-Sharing Systems, Related Software, Components Thereof, and Products Containing Same)337調查啟動(337)-TA-1347)。

　　2022年11月16日，美國Advanced Ground Information Systems, Inc.、美國AGIS Software Development LLC向美國ITC提出337立案調查申請，聲稱侵犯其知識產權(美國注冊專利號8，213，970、9,467,838、9,445,251、9,749,829、9、820、123)要求美國ITC發布有限排除令和禁止令。
